International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. Rates calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM PST typically ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
Subscription Orders
Automatically processed and shipped according to your subscription schedule. You'll receive tracking info via email for each shipment.
One-Time Orders
Processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive order confirmation and tracking information once your package ships.

Sustainable Packaging
We're committed to minimizing our environmental impact. Our packaging includes:
- Recyclable cardboard shipping boxes
- Biodegradable packing peanuts made from cornstarch
- Minimal plastic use (only where product freshness requires it)
- Reusable product containers when possible
Important Notes
PO Box Deliveries
We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS services only. Express shipping may not be available for PO Box addresses.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us ASAP at support@drinkdirt.com. Once your order ships, we can't redirect it.
Delivery Issues
Lost package? Delivery problems? We've got your back. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

- Using the tracking number on the carrier's website
